Jbaazi (https://jbaazi.best) operates an online Sports Betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between jbaazi and its members.
Jbaazi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on jbaazi. A national ID or passport may be requested for age verification. If you register underage, your account and all associated transactions will be cancelled.
Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.
The name, mobile number, and date of birth you provide at registration must be accurate and belong to you. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
Documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC) if you wish to withdraw above a certain amount, or if jbaazi determines it necessary. This typically requires a photo of the front and back of your National ID card, along with a selfie. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
Deposits on jbaazi can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support and it will be resolved.
Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP level.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. It may take longer if KYC verification is pending or if unusual transactions are detected.

If an event is cancelled before it starts, the full stake for any related bet is refunded. If an event is abandoned after it has started without reaching the required completion threshold, the bet is voided and the stake is returned. For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections are used to calculate the payout.
The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If odds change afterwards, the bet will still be settled at the original odds. In Live Betting, however, odds fluctuate in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that apply.
Maximum betting limits apply to each event and market. These limits may vary based on account history and VIP level. jbaazi reserves the right to review any unusually large bets placed on the platform.
All bonus offers at jbaazi come with their own terms — including wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. It is the member's responsibility to read the full terms of any offer before claiming a bonus.
Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. For example, a ×8 wagering requirement means you need to place ৳8,000 in bets on a ৳1,000 bonus. Sports bets typically count at 100%; some casino games may count at a lower rate.
A maximum stake limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds. Exceeding this limit risks forfeiture of the bonus.
Using any strategy to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses is strictly prohibited. If jbaazi detects unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once in their lifetime. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Cashback offers are provided with no wagering requirements and apply only to net losses. The cashback amount and rate are determined by your VIP tier and the applicable offer.
